3D Liposculpture
3-D Liposculpture uses tumescent liposuction to sculpt the body by removing fat and transferring the aspirated fat to other areas of the body to create a more homogenous and harmonious appearance.
With this procedure, fat can be transferred to the buttock as part of the famous Brazilian Butt Lift. Rather than parts (abdomen, flanks, etc.), the body is looked at as whole aesthetic unit. While some clinics provide liposuction in parts, Dr. Janho understands that the body is not fragmented, and the importance of looking at the complete body 3 dimensional unit. The true art of liposculpture is not how much fat to take out, but how much fat to leave and where.

The exam will consist of gentle pinching, and you will have the opportunity to bring attention to any concerns you may have with your body. Once the physical exam is complete, you will get dressed and discuss recommended procedures. Any questions will be answered by the doctor at this time. You will then meet with the patient coordinator to discuss pricing. Bella Forma Cosmetic Surgery Center does not believe in hidden fees. Your quote will be all inclusive meaning that there will not be additional charges for blood work, garments, or prescription drugs. In addition, your fee will include a series of 10 lymphatic drainage massages, which are crucial to your recovery.
RECOVERY
Your incisions are left open to allow the Tumescent solution left in your body to drain. You will drain a pink colored fluid for 24-72 hours after your surgery, with minimal draining continuing for a week. This is normal, and beneficial to your body to get rid of this fluid. You will want some thick overnight maxi pads to put inside your garment to absorb the fluid as it drains from your body. You will sleep a lot, have a decreased appetite, and should drink as much water as tolerated.
The next day you will take your garment off while in a sitting position. Your garment should be laundered and you should shower normally. Pat your body dry after shower and put your garment back on with pads placed inside over your draining incisions.
Then you will return to the clinic for your first lymphatic drainage massage where you will be drained internally and externally. Massage is crucial to molding the body and easing your recovery.
You should expect to be more tired than normal, and you should not exercise. The most important thing to remember is to listen to your body. Your body will tell you if you have over done it. You can typically go back to work in about a week, and resume sexual activity as you fell like it.
