It’s simple.

1) Visit www.LoveYourLook.com/ReferaFriend Complete all required fields using the information provided by your surgeon at the bottom of this page.

2) Enter the name and email address of the friend you would like to refer. Click Submit. A referral code will be automatically generated on the webpage for your records and an email will then be sent to your friend containing the referral code.

3) Once your friend has her surgery, the surgeon will certify that he/she performed the surgery using MENTOR® Breast Implants and voila! You will receive a corresponding Visa®* Prepaid Card for referring Mentor® Breast Implants.
