3-D Brazilian Liposculpture uses tumescent liposuction to sculpt the body into a more defined and symmetrical harmonious appearance by removing fat from the excessive areas and transferring to the desired areas of the body.

Dr. Janho understands that the body is not fragmented; rather, he looks at the body as a 3 dimensional aesthetic unit. Dr. Janho’s artistic eye understands that Liposculpting is more about how much fat to leave and where than how much fat to take out.

This procedure can be combined with the famous Brazilian Butt Lift to compliment the 3 dimensional effects.
