Maria Espana, Office Manager
Maria comes to us with several years of experience in the healthcare field. She is a strong advocate for providing excellent patient care and her warm and professional personality shows her passion for healthcare. Maria is responsible for overseeing all the daily operations of Bella Forma. She not only serves as a liaison between patients and Dr. Janho, but also assists in scheduling all appointments, pushing marketing efforts, and handling the finances for the practice. She wears many hats and her ability to do so has made her an indispensable asset to our practice. Her motto is, “Let’s work together to work wonders”.
Jenni Grizzle, RN
With a number of years of experience in nursing, ACLS certified Jenni Grizzle RN, brings her knowledge of and compassion for the surgical patient to the Bella Forma CSC Team. Jenni is responsible for the implementation of clinical policies applicable to all of our procedures. This includes the study, execution, and management of procedures, and overseeing the implementation of Joint Commission requirements. She is the mother of three and enjoys writing and charity work in her spare time.
Elvia Vega, Front Office Coordinator
As the first face patients see when they enter our facility, Elvia always welcomes patients with a smile. She has a bubbly and delightful personality and works hard to ensure our patients needs are met. In addition to being the first line of care to patients, Elvia is responsible for scheduling appointments and answering the phone to make sure all of our clients questions are answered prior to coming into the facility. Elvia’s warmth and kindness helps to ensure each and every patient has a pleasant experience.
Anny Martinez, Environmental Services
Anny is one of the many friendly faces you will encounter in Bella Forma. Her main objective within our practice is patient safety. Anny is responsible in maintaining environmental and infection control standards within the established policies and procedures of our center along with the regulations and standards set forth by Joint Commission and OSHA.
Emilia Flores, Surgical Assistant
Emilia graduated as a doctor from one of the most prominent medical schools in Venezuela in 2007. She obtained her General Surgeon license there in 2012. Following her licensure, she specialized in plastic and reconstructive surgery and attended many international conferences in order to further her education to offer patients the best medical treatment available. Due to the socioeconomic problems facing Venezuela, Emilia relocated to the United States where she has become a certified Surgical Assistant. She plans on continuing her education in order to achieve the same status she once held in Venezuela.
Karenn Ramirez, Medical Assistant
Karenn came to Bella Forma with 8 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from medical school in Venezuela in the early 2000’s. She trained as a doctor there prior to moving to the United States. She has been working as a Certified Medical Assistant for 3 years and is passionate about surgery and patient care.
Zenaide Oliveira, Aesthetician
Zenaide is a highly sought after Brazilian Medical Aesthetician with over 20 years of med spa experience. Her passion for skin care started when she was a little girl dealing with her own challenges. She understand that every patient is different, and therefore she spends countless hours creating innovative and customized treatment plans for each individual. She offers a range of facial services such as micro-needling, chemical peels, and microdermabrasions. Zenaide is also a licensed Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist and offers comprehensive post-operative care for our patients as well as patients who have had surgery outside of our practice. Her treatments include lypossage, endermologie, ultrasound, and manual lymphatic drainage. Zenaide is also a license depilator and works with both laser hair removal and wax for both male and females.
